I’m Akram — a web developer, designer, and support specialist known for my collaborative approach, creative solutions, and reliable delivery of top-notch web experiences.

At Zingerman's, a renowned gourmet food business. My role involves designing and implementing new website features, maintaining our digital platform, and creating innovative internal tools that enhance business operations. I also provide crucial technical support, ensuring the smooth and reliable functioning of our digital infrastructure.

Previously, I led development efforts at Logisome, a company funded by the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program. There, I spearheaded the design and launch of a supply chain management platform, utilizing Ethereum blockchain technology to deliver a secure and transparent solution.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Senior Technical Support Advisor at Apple. where I consistently ranked in the top 5% of over 1,000 advisors. In this role, I independently managed high volumes of complex customer interactions and collaborated with AppleCare teams to resolve technical issues efficiently. My ability to prioritize and problem-solve in fast-paced environments helped deliver exceptional customer experiences and reinforced Apple's reputation for world-class support.
